PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composite material capable of forming members giving equivalent tape-traveling ability to that for metallic guides and also capable of mass production thereof, by incorporating polyacetal with conductive carbon black and specific lubricant. CONSTITUTION:The objective composite material can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts.wt. of polyacetal with (B) 5-10pts.wt. of conductive carbon black (pref. acetylene black) either singly or plus carbonfiber with an aspect ratio 10-400 or conductive filler (e.g., metallic powder) with a size <=1mum and (C) 0.5-5pts.wt. of a lubricant liquid at room temperature with surface active performance [pref. polyether-modified silicone oil, fatty acid-modified silicone oil, fluorine-modified silicon oil, an ester from fatty acid and polyhydric alcohol (a liquid matter with >=1 OH group)] either singly or plus a lubricity-affording agent (e.g., graphite). |
