The invention relates to a floating solar collector panel for conditioning a fluid. The collector panel consists of floating individual collectors. The individual collectors serve for heating, degassing and galvanic treatment of the fluid. They consist of the buoyant collector tanks and the radiation-permeable cover plates. Degassing of the fluid takes place through the gaps between the individual collectors. According to the choice of material of the collector tanks and additional anodes or cathodes, galvanic treatment of the fluid takes place. If galvanic treatment by means of the collector tanks is foregone, the bottoms of the collector tanks also consist of radiation-permeable material and the absorber layer has direct contact with the fluid or the fluid can itself act in an absorbing manner. <IMAGE>
