<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a highly sensitive, power saving, small-sized, simple and firmly built electro-magnetic actuator which can be controlled with a small power capacity, by providing a yoke having a second pole-face and being connected to the stator core, and a permanent magnet having a third pole-face with same polarity, which is connected to the yoke, and facing the fourth pole-face on the second side face. CONSTITUTION:When an electric winding 4 is not conducted in the Fig. (a), the moving- iron 2 is in the first, mechanically stable state to the stator-iron 1 through a gap 1c. When the pulse conduction is made on the electric winding 4 in this state, the magnetic flux 7 is induced and superimposed on the magnetic flux 6 so that the magnetic attracting force, which resists the force affecting the direction of the arrow 3a of the spring 3, acts on the moving-iron 2, then, the state transits to the attracted state with the stator-iron 1 in the Fig. (b), namely the second mechanically stable state, holding the state. When pulse conduction is made on the winding 4 in this second mechanically stable state, the magnetic flux 7 is induced, offsetting the magnetic flux 6, resulting in decreased magnetic attracting force, the attraction between the stator-iron 1 and the moving-core 2 is released by the resisting force of the spring 3 and transits to the first mechanically stable state, holding that state.</p> |
