PURPOSE:To obtain a buffer that has soft surfaces, is made of wastepaper, and is free from public pollution problems, by adding an adhesive to ground wastepaper followed by mixing, charging the mixture into a female mold in which a removing frame has been placed, pressure molding it using a male mold, and taking out the molding from the female mold using the removing frame. CONSTITUTION:A removing frame 3 is placed in a female mold 1, a raw material 4 is charged thereinto, and a male mold 2 is lowered to press the raw material 4 therebetween to produce a molded items 5. Then the male mold 2 is raised, and the molded item 5 is taken out from the female mold 1 using the removing frame 3. Even though the female mold 1 and the male mold 2 are not provided with drying means, the molded item 5 can be taken out after about 1-2min of pressing. The molding 5 on the removing frame 3 is separated from the press, and is transferred to a drying stage. The removing frame can serve as a conveying apparatus. The present method is an easy molding method that includes a line including of a combination of a molding machine and drying facilities wherein assembling is easy. |
