TOUCH PANEL TYPE CONTROL DATA INPUT DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain ease of the mode control operation by comparing a pattern data obtained from the touch operating state of a touch panel by a recognition means for recognizing a pattern and a pattern data before one scanning so as to detect a change in the data and outputting the preset control data in response to the compared output data. CONSTITUTION:A scanner 20 scans each detection electrode 13 of the touch panel 10 in order to detect the touch operating state of the touch panel 10. The detected output data obtained by the scanner 20 is fed to the 1st memory 30, the detected output data for one scanning's share read from the 1st memory 30 is fed to the recognition block 40, by which the touch operating state of the touch panel 10 is subject to pattern recognition at each scanning by the scanner 20. The data comparator 60 compares a pattern data fed from the recognition block 40 with a pattern data before one scanning read from the 2nd memory 50 to detect the change in the pattern data and the result is fed to the discrimination block 70.
