PURPOSE:To improve the assembling and inspecting workability of a bearing by providing an armature winding which rotates on the outer periphery of a superconductive electromagnet secured to a central shaft side, and providing a cylindrical stator support and a stator supporting shaft. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive field winding 4a is wound on a central shaft 3a secured through a support 2 to a foundation 1 to form a superconductive electromagnet 4. The electromagnet is contained in a cryostat 3b as a stator 3. A rotary armature 6 mounted with an armature winding 5 on the outer periphery is rotatably supported the shaft 3a through the first inside bearing 7 and to the foundation 1 through the outside bearing 8. In this case, the second inside bearing 9 is provided to support the end of the stator 3, and a stator supporting cylinder 13 and a stator supporting shaft 14 are rotatably supported therebetween. A magnetic shield 11 is provided on the outer periphery. Thus, the bearing 8 can be reduced in size, the bearing 9 can be observed from an inspection window 19 to readily assemble and inspect. |
