PURPOSE:To increase locally the thickness of a molded molding to reinforce it in accordance with the type and shape thereof, and to make it possible to set up a design different in color effect, by increasing or decreasing the passage between a thickness deviation adjusting ring and the corresponding tip mandrel in a restricted manner. CONSTITUTION:Reference numeral 1 denotes a die, a parison 9' is suspended from an upper extruder 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a support device below an enlarged flange section 3, reference numeral 7 denotes bolts 7 and reference numeral 7' denotes radial bolts. The adjustment of the thickness of the wall and the deviated wall thickness of the parison 9' controls the gap of a gradient passage 16' of an adjusting ring 5 and a tip mandrel 8'' forming a lower gradient fitting section 12 by vertically moving the tip mandrel 8'' by a fitted sliding part 13 just below the tip mandrel 8'' and by the in-out action of a threadably engaging section of a threadably engaging screw 11 of the tip mandrel 8''. Several plasticized materials different in color are blow molded into a molding, which may be different in color effect, may vary in the strength and the wall thickness locally, or have a main body and a lid section hinged integrally, and which can be easily and efficiently produced. |
