PURPOSE:To heighten the connecting strength at the time of high temperature, by a method wherein the tips of armature coils are softened and inserted into the grooves of commutator segment risers, and wherein the tips are pressure- applied by uniformly distributed load and connected by straining force. CONSTITUTION:An armature core 3 is pressure-fixed to a rotary shaft 2 on an armature 1 at first, and armature coils 4 of the same quantity as that of slots 31 are pressure-applied and inserted into a plurality of the slots 31 of the core 3 via insulating substance 32. Then, the coils 4 protruded to a commutator side are formed, and are inserted into the grooves 52 of riser sections 51 while the commutator 5 is pressure-fitted. Then, pressure is applied to all grooves for the center of the rotary shaft 2 from an upper coil 41A side at the same time so that the pressure may be uniformly applied to the coils 4, and the grooves 52 are filled up with coils 41, 41A which are deformed with plasticity, and after that, pressure is uniformly applied to the opening sections 55 of the grooves 52 through the outer periphery of the risers 51, and the both coils 41, 41A are pressure-fixed. |
