PHASE CONTROLLER OF CLEANING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To commonly use 50/60Hz by phase-controlling a control rectifier so that the power consumption of a motor driven blower approaches a target power consumption. CONSTITUTION:A motor driven blower 101 and a bidirectional thyristor 102 are connected in series with an AC power source. A voltage detector 103 detects the effective load current I of a current detector 103, and a square circuit 104 generates an output proportional to the square of a load current I. A comparator 105 outputs a deviation signal between the output of the circuit 104 and the output of an input setter 106 to a phase controller 107. Thus, the 50/60Hz input characteristic can be coincided to commonly use 50/60Hz.
