PURPOSE:To quantitatively and accurately determine measuring data within a short time regardless of the light emitter and light receiver being objects to be measured, by scanning the object to be measured or the element opposed thereto in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional space to store the measured value of each measuring point. CONSTITUTION:Objects to be measured, for example, a light emitting element 1 and a light receiving element 2 are respectively fixed to a support 38 and a Y-axis scanning body 37 and connected to a driving detector 4 while a scanning mechanism 3 is connected to a personal computer 5 which is, in turn, connected to a recorder 6. The scanning body 37 is attached to the groove 36 of an X-axis scanning body 35 in a movable manner while the scanning body 35 is attached to a Z-axis scanning body 33 along the groove 34 thereof in a movable manner. The scanning bodies 33, 35, 37 are combined to move the light receiving element 2 with respect to the light emitting element 33 and the beam pattern of the light emitting element 1 is scanned in a two-dimensional or three-dimentional space and the intensity of emitted light is analyzed at each scanning point by the personal computer 5 and displayed and/or recorded along the scanning operation. |
