PURPOSE:To countermeasure even if a mold is altered to change a resin layer by supplying a tablet while conveying a holder for forming a retainer for temporarily retaining the tablet from a tablet supplying position toward a molding position, and recovering it after the work is finished, thereby automating the supply of the tablet. CONSTITUTION:A tablet holder 10 which fully fills tables in all tablet retainers 15 is fed toward a conveying plate 13, a shutter of the retainer 15 is opened to throw down the tablet. A lead frame supplied from a lead frame supply intake unit is checked under the plate 13. The plate 13 for chucking the tablet and the lead frame is moved toward a mold, and set in the mold so that the tablet is moved to the center of an IC opposed frames aligned in two rows. When the mold is exchanged after a lot is finished, the shutter of a tablet row unit 9 is opened to contain the all tablets remaining in a tablet feeder 7 through a hopper 11 to a container 12 disposed thereunder. |
