<p>PURPOSE:To attain ease of operation of the mode control by detecting that the reference detecting area and other detecting area of a touch panel having detecting areas split into plural number are touched with a time difference and inputting a feed control signal corresponding to the interval of the two detecting area depending on the touch operation of the two detecting area. CONSTITUTION:The touch panel type data input device is applied to a VTR and the 1st-3rd areas AR1-AR3 of the touch panel 10 are assigned as the input areas of the control data as follows: The 1st and 3rd areas AR1, AR3 are used for forward/reverse double speed areas and in touching with the said areas, the double speed reproduction mode is set. Further, the 2nd are AR2 is an area used for the JOG mode operation and when the user touches the 2nd area AR2 by two fingers, the mode control is attained. That, is the tape feed control of the VTR in response to the interval between the detecting area of the 2nd area AR2 of the touch panel 10 touched before and that touched later is attained.</p> |
