<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a sparkling color decoration thereby providing a highly decorative effect, by making at random the postures of particles of aluminium powder scattered in an outer layer thereby rendering the sparkling states of the particles rich in variety. CONSTITUTION:Reference numeral 2 denotes an inner layer constituting an inner circumferential surface and reference numeral 3 denotes an outer layer laminated integrally on the outer circumferential surface of the inner layer 2. The outer layer 3 includes a mixture of aluminium powder 4 desirably colored as a major constituent and a sparkling material in a ratio of 10:1 to 10:4 and constitutes an extruded container main body 1 obtained by molding a transparent molding material such as polyethylene, or the like. A parison that will constitute the main body 1 has been extruded at an extrusion speed on the order of 2.55m/min that is fairly lower than usual extrusion speed for parisons. The particles of the aluminium powder 4 mixed in the outer layer 3 would hardly be influenced by the flowing force of the extruded synthetic resin molding material and are extruded, molded and arranged at random.</p> |
