PURPOSE:To prepare the titled fermented soybean useful as a health food effective to the remedy of obesity, prevention of constipation, etc., by adding washed, seasoned and cut WAKAME seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) to steamed soybean, and fermenting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:The objective fermented soybean can be prepared by mixing (A) fermented soybean 3 prepared by attaching Bacillus natto to steamed soybean, and fermenting the soybean, with (B) washed, swollen, softened, finely chopped and properly seasoned WAKAME seaweed 3, and if necessary (C) washed MOZUKU (Nemacystus desipiens, a filamentous seaweed), thoroughly stirring the mixture, putting into a vessel 1 and fermenting in the vessel. The component C is added preferably in the seasoning or sterilization, etc., of the component B. |
