摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify signal analysis without restricting an analyzable acceleration area by forming plural optical fiber flux having different output characteristics to the gap between the leading end of each optical fiber flux and an oscillator. CONSTITUTION:One ends of optical fiber fluxes 1, 11 each of which consists of a transmitting fiber and a photodetecting fiber and has a different output characteristic are arranged oppositely to one surface of a dead-weight 3. Light from a measuring light source LED7 is irregularly reflected on the opposite surface of the dead-weight 3 through respective transmitting fibers of the fiber fluxes 1, 11 and then converted into signals by respective photodiodes 8 through respective photodetecting fibers. In said constitution, the relation of respective signal levels S of the photodiodes 8 to the gap among the leading end parts 1a, 11a of respective optical fiber fluxes and the dead-weight 3 is indicated as two characteristic curves having peaks S1, S2 on two different positions as shown by the figure. Consequently, a measurable range can be expanded by selectively using the fiber flux 1 or 11 in accordance with the level of the acceleration.
