摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify signal analysis without restricting an analyzable acceleration area by arranging optical fiber flux in the approximately rectangular direction to the vibrating direction of a dead-weight. CONSTITUTION:The optical fiber flux 11 constituted by binding a transmitting fiber 9 and a photodetecting fiber 10 is arranged in the rectangular direction to the vibrating direction of the dead-weight 3 supported by a spring 2. Light from a measuring light source LED7 is irregularly reflected on the opposite surface of the dead-weight 3 from its leading end surface 11a through the fiber 9, then converted into a signal through a photodiode 8. The change of the signal S to the displacement (d) of the dead-weight 3 has a characteristic shown in the figure. In accordance with the covering degree of the leading end surface 11a of the optical fiber flux 11 with the leading end surface of the dead-weight in the vibrating direction, the signal level S is increased, and when the end surface 11a is completely covered, the signal level S reaches the maximum value and is saturated. If the dead-weight 3 vibrates in the lower direction in the figure, the signal level S drops and reaches '0'. When displacement exceeding a measurable range is generated, the signal level S reaches the maximum value or minimum value (=0), so that whether the original signal level is in the measurable range or not can be immediately detected at the analysis of a signal and the signal analysis can be made easy.
