PURPOSE:To actuate an alarm precisely at a set time by specifying an alarm set time by an external switch, counting up a period from the time when the alarm rings actually to the specified time and inhibiting an alarm ringing during the counting period. CONSTITUTION:An alarm electronic time piece indicating time by hands is provided with an error counter 44 for counting up a time difference between an alarm set time and an actual alarm ringing time and a means for inhibiting the alarm ringing only for the error period. When succeeding alarm time arrives, an alarm timing counter 46 starts to counting and when the output of the counter 46 coincides with the stored counted value of said counter 44, a comparator 45 outputs a coincidence signal. To coincidence signal is inputted to an alarm driving circuit 29 through a gate 27 and the circuit 29 rings the alarm 30 on the basis of the coincidence signal. |
