PURPOSE:To obtain a simple bearing unit having high reliability by forming an annular projection contacted with a bearing and an annular projection projected to the inner periphery of an outer race of a bearing at the side end of the bearing of a commutator to provide sealing action, thereby eliminating a dustproof plate. CONSTITUTION:In a motor having a bearing 3 for supporting a shaft 4 adjacent to a commutator 1, an annular projection 1a contacted with the end of the inner race 3a of the bearing 3 is formed on the inner periphery of the side end of the bearing of the commutator 1. Further, an annular projection 1b projected to the inner peripheral side of the outer race 3a of the bearing 3 is formed on the outer periphery of the projection 1a. The projecting height of the projection 1b is formed in the height equal to or high than the projecting height of the projection 1a. Thus, since sealing action is provided between the projection 1b and the outer race 3a, a reliable bearing sealing structure may be obtained even if no dustproof plate is used. |
