PURPOSE:To increase positioning efficiency and accuracy, by a method wherein, after 2 gasket base materials and one iron sheet are formed in a threehold structure, and, except the one gasket, the gasket base material and the iron sheet are separated and cut at each cylinder. CONSTITUTION:To the one gasket base material 1 continuously formed between cylinders, the other gasket base material 3 and an iron sheet 2 are coupled at each cylinder. After the gasket base materials 1 and 3 are adhered in 3 layers with the iron sheet 2 located therebetween, arm parts 11 and 10 of the other gasket base material 3 and the iron sheet 2 are cut and separated, and the gasket base materials 1 and 3 and the iron sheet 2 are located independently at each cylinder. This constitution enables correct positioning of the gaskets at all cylinders just through positioning of the iron sheet 2 and the gasket base materials 1 and 3 during contact bonding, and saves a machining labor. |
