PURPOSE:To obtain a low cost pin by generating a contact function for IC terminal with elasticity which is generated by cutting a part of body which forms a pin and exproding it to the inside at the time of attaching IC terminal to a print circuit board through a connector pin. CONSTITUTION:An IC terminal is attached to a printed circuit board through a connector pin. In this case, the pin has following structure. Namely, the pin is composed sequentially of head 11, tapered collor 14 which works as the stopper for preventing release, body 12 and leg 13 from the upper portion. The leg portion 13 is inserted to the lower hole provided to the print circuit board. A hole 15 which stops at the leg portion 13 is bored at the center of pin and an IC terminal is inserted thereto. Since engagement is impossible under this condition, the wide wall 16 forming a body 12 is cut while dividing it into small sections. This side wall 16 is bent into the hole 15 and the IC terminal is engaged as the elastic segment 17. As described above, the IC terminal is fixed with simple structure. |
