<p>A wire drum laying arm (1) having a guide roller system for the wire, in which the guide roller system is curved through a 3-dimensional path and formed by a plurality of profiled rollers (4) that are arranged on the laying arm (1), thereby achieving great operational versatility and a long service life. The rollers (4) are arranged individually and spaced from each other on the convex side of the 3-dimensional path in each instance approximately where the path has its greatest curvature. In this regard the laying arm (1) is preferably in the form of a tube, having cutout portions in which the rollers (4) extend with their profiled portion at least to the extent that the wire in the area of the cutouts on both sides of the rollers (4) is supported at a distance from the walls of the tube.</p> |
