PURPOSE:To improve the developing performance and fixing performance of a toner by combining carrier particles in which a magneti cf material and polishing agent are dispersed and which have a specific diameter and a pressure- fixable capsule toner into a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The carrier particles are obtd. as the particles having the aver age grain size in a 10-30mum range by subjecting a binder resin into which particles of ferrite including metal such as Ni and particles of silicone nitride, etc. are dispersed to, for example, melting and kneading, then spray drying oir pelletizing by crushing, etc. after solidifying followed by classifying if neces sary. The resultant carrier particles are combined with the pressure-fixable toner of 5-20mum diameter formed by coating a hard shell material on the core material consisting of the pressure-fixable binder and coloring agent, by which the inconvenience with the sticking of the toner to the surface of a photo sensitive body is prevented and the shelf life is improved without changing the developing performance of the toner itself and the pressure-fixing perfor mance. |
