PURPOSE:To omit the matching of the optical axes of optical fibers in a substance detector using light by molding an optical path including a photoconductor unitely with resin and then cutting off one end of the resin like a slit to cut off the photoconductor rectangularly. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 8 constituting an optical path is held straightly and united with a resin mold 10 to fix its optical axis 5. A slit 11 is formed rectangularly to the optical fiber 8. Even if the optical fiber 8 is cut off, the resin mold 10 is kept at unseparated status, so that the optical axis 5 is not shifted. When a substance to be measured, e.g. a hollow disc, is inserted into the formed slit 11 part of a substance detector and a disc is rotated, the rotation can be detected. |
