The invention relates to a device permitting the spreading of a fertiliser or other granulate on flat ground or in furrows (drills), so that spreading is more accurate, which is very important for the plants. By means of a chain 4 driven by a sprocket (toothed ring) 3 fixed to the wheel 1, the wheel 1 actuates the ring 5 which, via a shaft 6, moves a crankshaft 7 which acts by means of the rod 8 on the projection tube 9 via its horizontal alternating movement, and the latter spreads the product which flows from the vessel 11 via the hatch 12. <IMAGE>
