PURPOSE:To optimize electric power consumption necessary for ventilation and improve energy saving effect by a method wherein air is supplied or discharged in accordance with the consumption of gas to obtain the exantness of the ventilation. CONSTITUTION:When cooking work is started in a kitchen and one or a plurality of gas instruments 1 are started to use, the flow amount of using gas is detected by a gas flow detector 10 and an output signal, corresponding to the flow amount of using gas, is outputted from the gas flow detector 10. A control signal, determining converted frequency corresponding to the output signal, is supplied from a converter 18 to an inverter control panel 15. In the inverter control panel 15, an electric power, supplied from a power panel 12 and provided with a commercial frequency, is converted into the electric power having the frequency indicated by the control signal. The amount of exhaust air, discharged out of an air discharging fan 4 to the outside of the kitchen through a suction 2 and an exhaust duct 3 is equalized to the logical amount of exhaust gas of the amount of using gas, on the other hand, the amount of supplying air, which copes with the amount of discharging air, is blown from a blow-off section 7 into the kitchen room through an air supplying fan 5 and an air supplying duct 6. |
