The device (1) has a cylindrical rubber (2), a rubber support (3) and it can be held manually. The rubber support is a spindle, one spindle end takes the rubber and a motor (5) rotates the spindle about its longitudinal axis. - The manual grasp is a hollow enclosure in which the spindle is housed and the enclosure has an opening through which the rubber at least partially projects. The spindle is the rotational motor drive shaft and it has a retainer (6) at its rubber end to hold the rubber central w.r.t. the spindle rotatinal axis.
