WINDING METHOD AND WINDING EQUIPMENT THEREOF

PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of equipment by making the direction of winding on one side coinside with the direction of winding on the other side of the minute hole of a toroidal core. CONSTITUTION:(1) A wire material is brought to a supply position. (2) The wire material is held by holding elements 31, 32, cut by a cutting element 34 and the preparation of automatic operation is completed. (3) The wire material is cut by a cutting element 33 and the right end is held by a winding chuck 54. (4) The holding elements 31, 32 are opened and the end of the wire is moved to the position where the end is recognized by the winding chuck 54. (5) The end of the wire is recognized by a TV camera 6. (6) The winding chuck 54 is inverted and the end of the wire is inserted in a toroidal core 1. (7) The wire material is taken out by a drawing chuck 55. (8) One side winding is finished by a series of winding operation. (9) The wire material is cut by the cutting element 34 and the left end of the wire is held by the winding chuck 54. (10) The end of the wire is moved to the position where the end is recognized. (11) The winding chuck 54 is inverted and the end of the wire is inserted in the toroidal core 1. (12) The inserted wire material is held by the drawing chuck 55. (13) The opposite side winding is finished by a series of winding operation.
