PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and realize free selection in amount of ion exchange resin to be used in a lead storage battery by putting a capsula filled with ion exchange resion into an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A capsule 1 being filled with the position ion exchange resin 3 and provided with many holes 2 at the exterior is put into the electrolyte. Therefore, amount of ion exchange resion to be used can be freely selected in the storage battery with such a simple structure that it is no longer necessary to form an electrode plate by adding the ion exchange resin into the active substance. |
