PURPOSE:To prevent the flow-out of working liquid by detecting the presence of working liquid in a working tank by a sensor and locking the door of the working tank during the time when working liquid is left. CONSTITUTION:When the inside of a working tank 3 is filled with working liquid 11, a float 18 is floated-up, and the buoyancy acts onto the actuator of a limit switch 17, and the contact point is set at ON-position, and a solenoid valve 19 is closed to cut-off air pressure, and a hook 13 is lowered by the springy force of a compression spring 15, and a door 5 is locked, and at the same time, an indication lamp comes ON. When the liquid 11 in the working tank 3 is discharged, the float 18 is lowered, and the contact point of the limit switch 17 is set at OFF-position, and the solenoid valve 19 is opened to allow air pressure to act onto a cylinder 22, and then the hook 13 is raised to release the lock for the door 5, and the indication lamp is put-out. Therefore, the presence of working liquid 11 is confirmed by the indication lamp, and the door 5 is locked to prevent the flow-out of the liquid 11. |
