摘要 PURPOSE:To secure sufficient reinforcements and heat insulating effects, by setting up a sintered body on the circumference of a subsidiary combustion chamber constitutent member, while forming a hermetically sealed heat insulating space inside the sintered body. CONSTITUTION:A sintering powdery body 2 is compressed and charged in a metallic press mold 1 consisting of an inner mold 1a and an outer mold 1b on a cylinder in a state that a metal member 3 is embedded therein. A compressed powder compact 5 obtained after extracting the sintering powdery body 2 being molded in the state that the metal member 3 is embedded, from the press mold 1 is fitted in the circumference of a subsidiary combustion chamber constitutent member 6. Next, the compressed powder compact 5 fitted in the circumference of the subsidiary combustion chamber constitutent member 6 is heated and sintered. Here, heating temperature is set to more than a melting point of the metal member 3 whereby the embedded metal member 3 is melted and penetrates into a sintered body 5' obtainable as the compressed powder compact 5 is sintered, thus a hermetrically sealed heat insulating space 10 is formed up.
