PURPOSE:To execute actions of a recording and reproducing device, which include a variety of alarms at the main body side, from the remote control side by connecting a remote controller to the recording and reproducing device and displaying the action state of the device main body after a signal from the main body is received. CONSTITUTION:When an FWD button 82 is pressed, a signal at 'H' level is outputted from an output terminal of a NAND gate 708, because its one input becomes 'L' level. Said signal turns out to be an FWD signal, which is impressed to the base of a transistor (Tr)800. As a result, lines H2 and A2 are conducted, and the same condition as that where a forward switch at the main body is depressed appears. When an REV button 84 is pressed, a NAND gate 712 is operated to turn on a Tr802 at the main body side, and the operation is brought into the same state where a reverse switch is operated. Moreover, when a display button 86 is operated, lines H1 and A3 are conductive through a diode 804, and the completely same condition as that where the display switch at the main body side is pressed appears. When an electric power is turned on, an LED88 lights up. Thus a variety of actions can be executed at the side of the remote controller 80. |
