PURPOSE:To perform optimum exhaust volumetric control with a simple structure, by setting up a rotary valve in an opening part of an exhaust pipe volumetric adjusting subchamber connected to an exhaust port of a two-cycle engine, while connecting it to a governor at the end of a crankshaft with a link. CONSTITUTION:A sunchamber 14 is formed in an exhaust port 12 to be interconnected to a cylinder of a two-cycle engine as approximating to the cylinder, while a rotary valve 16 is installed in an opening part leading to the port 12. A governor 32 installed at the end of a crankshaft 20 moves a member 32a in an arrow A direction with centrifugal force of a centrifugal ball 35, and when it presses a cam plate 34a via a thrust bearing 44, a ball 48 is guided into a cam surface installed at the end face of the cam plate 34a whereby it performs rotational motion centering on an axial center of the crankshaft 20. With this rotational motion, a lever 52 is rotated via a rod 54, opening or closing the rotary valve 16. |
