PURPOSE:To obtain the coil of excellent mass productivity having an arbitrary current capacity of a method wherein, after copper foil is wound in the prescribed number of turns, the coil is formed by cutting the above-mentioned material with the prescribed width. CONSTITUTION:A pipe type pin 42 is attached (welded or press-bonded) on the starting end of the copper foil 40, having the prescribed width, whereon an insulating material which performs an additional function as a bonding agent such as polyurethane or epoxy resin and the like is coated on one side or both sides. The starting end of the copper foil 40 is fixed to the core material 44 formed in the prescribed cross-sectional form using the insulating material such as epoxy resin and the like, and the copper foil 40 is wound on the core material in the required winding turns while a bonding agent is being coated on the back side of the copper foil 40. A pin 46 is fixed to the surface of a coil body 50 using a bonding agent and the like, and the terminal of the copper boil 40 is electrically connected by performing a soldering, a pressure-bonding and the like. The coil body 50 is cut in the width in line with the required current capacity and the desired coil 60 is obtained. |
