PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive material for disintegrating a brittle material such as rock, concrete, etc. taking advantage of the expansion pressure of lime by hydration, by adding a carbonate, a sugar, a water-reducing agent and a silicofluoride to a mixture of a specific quick lime and a hydraulic material, and crushing the mixture to specific particle size. CONSTITUTION:The objective disintegration material can be prepared by mixing (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a mixture of (i) 30-95pts. of quick lime prepared by calcining limestone of <=100mm diameter at 1,000-1,500 deg.C and (ii) 5-70pts. of a hydraulic material such as Portland cement, with (B) 0.1-5pts. each of a carbonate, a sugar and a water-reducing agent, and (C) 0.01-2pts. of a silicofluoride, and crushing the mixture to a Blaine fineness of 1,500-5,000cm<2>/g. |
