The spray head is for flushing drainpipes and sewers, having a housing with a hose union at the rear and a multiple of outlets extending towards the rear, adjacent the forward end. The housing (1) comprises two or more cones (2,3) one behind the other and increasing in dia. towards the rear end. The cones are joined together at a relieved portion (9) in which the outlets are formed (6). The face of the relieved portion nearest to the forward end can extend in the radial direction, joining onto the following cone where the dia. of the latter is a minimum.
