CONSTITUTION:Since the discharge pressure of a blower 4 is low in the low revolving speed region, the supply-air pressure introduced in a three-way connecting valve 12 from a short circuit passage 32 is not high enough to overcome the spring force of a spring 15, and a piston valve body 13 is closed. The upper and lower intake-air inertial pipes are not connected with each other, and the supply-air from a blower 4 is supplied to intake-air inertial pipes 8 and 9. On the other hand, since the discharge pressure of the blower 4 rises for the high revolving speed region, the piston valve body 13 is opened. And the upper and lower intake-air inertial pipes 8 and 9 are connected with each other, thereby supplying the air from the short circuit passage 11 as well. Thus, intertial pipes 8 and 9 can be reduced.</p>
