PURPOSE:To provide a centrifugal casting device with which plural pieces of uniform hollow products are obtainable with one time of pouring by connecting the laminate of casting molds having molding parts for the purpose of forming the hollow products and a rotary plate which is rotated by driving power and providing a cylinder which moves upward and downward while rotating in the laminated casting molds. CONSTITUTION:A driving motor is started to rotate the laminated casting molds 5 on the rotary plate 11 and springs 9 are extended into circular holes 7 of the inside socket and spigot parts of the fitting parts 6 of the molds 1 by the generated centrifugal force to projecte pins 10. The top and bottom surfaces of the molds 1 adjacent to each other are slid according to the rotation of the molds 1 to engage thoroughly the molds 1 with each other. a cylinder 18 is rotated in the lowermost stage part of the mold 5 in this state and a specified quantity of a molten metal is poured from the surface hole 5 in the uppermost stage of the molds 5 to the top surface at the top end of the cylinder 18. The cylinder 18 is quickly at the same instant and the centrifugal force is applied to the molten metal by the cylinder 18 to kick off the molten metal outward so that the molten met al is filled to the molding parts 3 on the inside surfaces of the subsequently upper molds 1 from the lower molds 1 as the cylinder 18 rises. The inside circumferential surfaces of the products 2 are formed by the outside circumferential surface of the cylinder 18. |
