PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of separation between a corrosion proof, heat resisting layer and a material, by remolting the Ni group alloy layer sprayed to the surface of a valve head part, and making it into metalization with the material. CONSTITUTION:Surfaces of a head part 3 are treated with honing, namely, rough surfacing as combined with cleaning, and a material 1 is preheated up to a temperature of about 200 deg.C. A corrosion proof, heat resisting Ni group alloy is sprayed to a surface of the head part 3 with a spray gun, forming a sprayed layer 4 of about 2mm in thickness there. Afterward, remelting treatment, namely, fusing is carried out for the sprayed layer 4 which is cooled by degrees without delay. It is desirable that this slow cooling treatment be performed under the silicone earth. The Ni group alloy layer is in no case pealed from a valve material, thus an excellent corrosion-proof, heat resting layer 4 is formed up. |
