PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable printed coil smoothly wound on a magnetic core having arbitrary cross-section form by a method wherein a plurality of insulating thin films having a magnetic core inserting hole are superposed, and the starting terminal of each liquid pattern is connected to the ending terminal through the intermediary of through holes. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 24 having the same shape as the cross-section of a magnetic core are provided on a plurality of insulating thin films 25-28, and ring-opening liquid patterns 11-14 of various patterns are formed around the holes 24. Through hole terminals 15-22 are formed on both end parts of the liquid patterns 11-14. The insulating thin film plates 25 and 26 are superposed, an ending through hole terminal 16 and a starting through hole terminal 17 are connected, and a part of the printed coil is formed. The thin plate 27 is superposed on the thin plate 26, terminals 18 and 19 are connected, a thin plate 28 is superposed on a thin plate 27, terminals 20 and 21 are connected, and a 3-winding coil is formed. |
