<p>PURPOSE:To prevent holding of air from generating on an adhesive surface, by a method wherein at the time when a nonpermeable skin material and supporting lever made of reinforced thermoplastic resin are laminated and contact bonding of them is performed unitarily, specific processing is applied to an adhesive surface of the skin material beforehand. CONSTITUTION:At the time when contact bonding is made to perform by laminating a supporting layer 16 made of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin to a non-permeable or hardly-permeable skin material 10 such as a metallic plate or metallic foil, surface treatment for an improvement in adhesive properties is applied to an adhesive surface of the skin material 10 beforehand, a large number of through holes 12 is provided on the skin material 10, then the skin material 10 to which this processing has been applied is set up within a mold 14 by turning the adhesive surface into upside, on which the reinforced thermoplastic resin 16 is mounted and compression molding is performed.</p> |
