<p>PURPOSE:To control automatically a soldering system under the optimum conditions meeting a work by insertion of a magnetic card by recording preliminarily various set values to one sheet of the magnetic card, detecting the corresponding present measured value and making comparative control. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic card 65 is inserted into a read-writer 37 and the set values relating to respective control means are written into the card 65 or the set values are read out of the card 65. For example, the set values of the specific gravity value of a flux, the atmosphere temp. of a preheater, the temp. of the printed wiring board to be heated, the temp. of molten solder, conveyor speed, etc. are written into the magnetic card. One sheet of the card 65 can control the entire soldering system. The card 65 is exchanged if there is a need for changing the set values for the respective control means according to the size of the printed wiring board, the difference in the mounting density of soldering parts, etc.</p> |
