PURPOSE:To select freely a display mode and a non-display mode of the track number with one operation switch by releasing the display mode and converting to the non-display mode since the display switch is operated during the display of the track number. CONSTITUTION:A control device 60 such as a microprocessor counts a track number 49 where a head 26 sent by respective progressive and backward feed keys 5 and 6 is located. When a display switch 7 is operated, a two-second timer, etc., are set, becomes a display mode and for two seconds, the track number 49 is displayed at a CRT display device 48. When the switch 7 is operated during the display period, the display mode is released through the device 60 and becomes a non-display mode. When the switch 7 is operated during the non-display mode, the display mode is obtained in the same manner, and the display mode and non-display of the track number mode can be freely selected by one operating switch. |
