PURPOSE:To maintain sheet winding tensile force constant at anytime by converting the detected sheet winding diameter into electric signal then feeding to a solenoid pressure proportional valve to function it. CONSTITUTION:As winding of sheet S will advance to increase the winding diameter of sheet R, a rolling arm 3 will rotate gradually in the arrow direction. Consequently, a gear 6 will rotate to detect the winding diameter R of sheet S through a potentiometer 7 which is converted into an electric signal and fed to a solenoid pressure proportional valve. The relief pressure of solenoid pressure valve will increase in proportion to the winding diameter R thus to boost the pilot pressure of reducing valve and to increase the rotary torque of sheet winding shaft 4 accordingly. Since the hydraulic pump has variable capacity, flow will decrease as the pressure increases to reduce the rotation as the winding diameter increases thus to bring constant circumferential speed and to wind the sheet smoothly. |
