PURPOSE:To enable a stationary object such as a pallet and others to be easily transported and installed by configurating the object in such a manner that a wheel is allowed to be housed in so that it is pulled out and retracted by use of gravity with an automatic locking device provided. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical space 6 is arranged on the bottom portion of an object 4 allowing a wheel shaft 5 to be housed in. And the object 4 is allowed to stand still while both a wheel 3 and the wheel shaft 5 are locked in a form of housed condition by a pin 1. Then, both the wheel 3 and the wheel shaft 5 are enabled to fall down by gravity by pulling the pin 1 out while the object 4 is lifted somewhat permitting the wheel 3 to be out of the object 4. This causes the wheel 3 to shimmy since the wheel 3 is offset from the wheelshaft 5 and permits a projection 2 to be engaged with an engaging fitting preventing the wheel 3 from being retracted. Subsequently, a concave 7 of the wheel shaft is allowed to be engaged with the pin 1 preventing the projection 2 from being disengaged by change in direction of the wheel 3. This configuration enables the object to be easily transported and installed. |
