PURPOSE:To remove effectively paper dust, resultant product of corona, etc. except remaining toner and to obtain hard copy having good quality by providing a low-hardness material to the inside of a cleaning roller consisting of an elastic material and an elastic material layer having stable high hardness on the outside layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 12 is disposed on a shaft 11 and members 15 for preventing scattering consisting of a non-magnetic material are disposed at both end thereof to the same diameter as the diameter of the magnet 12. The low-hardness material 13 is provided on the outside thereof and further the high-hardness material 14 is provided on the outside thereof. The surface of the member 15 is therefore coated with the low-hardness material 13 and the outside with the high-hardness material 14. |
