发明名称 RECOMBINANT PLASMID INTEGRATED WITH SIMPLE HERPES VIRUS, TRANSFORMED YEAST, AND PREPARATION OF SIMPLE HERPES VIRUS PROTEIN
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To mass produce simple herpes virus protein useful for producing a vaccine for preventing simple herpes virus infectious diseases, by using genetic engineering technology. CONSTITUTION:A shuttle vector having both Eschericha coli and a yeat genes, capable of multiplying in either of them, is used, part or the whole of acidic phosphatase structure gene or fixed sites in the upper stream of it is removed in the downstream of the acidic phosphatase supported by the vector, and a recombinant plasmid integrated with simple herpes virus gB gene is obtained. Simple herpes virus gene developed plasmid thus prepared is treated with a yeast by a conventional produced, and transformed, to give a transformant yeast. The transformant yeast is cultivated preferably under a condition where an acidic phosphatase promoter is not controlled, to give the aimed protein.</p>
