METHOD OF ENLARGING PICTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To enable correction in plural directions and obtain a good enlarged picture free from waving of oblique lines by dividing areas by drawing plural kinds of boundary lines of divided areas. CONSTITUTION:A converted picture is projected on an original picture and divided area of the original picture element to which the converted picture element corresponds is found out, and density of the converted picture element is determined basing on the correspondence, and enlarged converted picture is outputted. Boundary lines of area division is made to plural kinds, i.e. about 45 deg., about 27 deg. and about 63 deg.. Correction of converted picture element to original picture element is made in plural directions and a good enlarged picture free from waving of oblique lines is obtained.
