PURPOSE:To reduce torque required for ball rotation by setting a ball rotating center axis to be inclined condition to the flow path center line of the ball and a shell. CONSTITUTION:A stem 3 is almost round bar shape and put into a side wall of a shell 1 at the condition of inclination of angle theta from the vertical line of the center line of right and left flow paths C-6, C-7. And a tongue unit 9 provided on the inner side end of the stem 3 is inserted in a fitting groove 10 provided on the outer periphery of the ball 2 to transmit rotating action applied to an angle axis unit 11 provided on the outside end of the stem 3 to the ball, and the ball 2 is constructed so as to rotate with a rotating center axis C identical with that of the stem 3 as a center. |
