PURPOSE:To improve the insulating characteristic and the quality by moving a movable plate in the longitudinal direction of a work to tilt the arm levers of reels, thereby winding an insulating tape by simulating to the shape of the work. CONSTITUTION:A supporting member 5 is provided at part of a rotary ring 3 provided at a supporting frame 1 which moves along a work W, a pair of partial gears 6, 7 are journaled to the member 5, and reel arm levers 8, 9 having reels 11, 12 are supported to the shafts of the gears 6, 7. Racks 15, 16 engaged with the gears 6, 7 are slidably provided on a rotary ring 3, and a pair of interposing pins 18, 19 are implanted to parts of the racks 15, 16. Movable plates 20, 21 interposed by the pins 18, 19 are aligned in parallel on the frame 1, the plates 20, 21 are moved in the longitudinal direction of the work W by an electromagnet by a cam mechanism 22 or a work contact sensor to tilt the levers 8, 9. |
