PURPOSE:To locate a lip-shaped projection for absorbing impact between a rubber body located at the warped window glass side of a wiping section and a shoulders at both sides of a neck of the wiping section to damp impact and reduce noises due to wiper operation, by providing said projection near said shoulders. CONSTITUTION:Lip-shaped projections 9a, 9b are provided in shoulders 7a, 7b of a wiping portion 4a of a blade rubber 4. Thus, in the reversal of the rubber, the projections abut first against upper rubber bodies 8a, 8b to absorb the reversal sounds by the elasticity of projections 9a, 9b. |
